The sessions arranged for each event are enthralling and informative. SKB started with the intent of bringing the Quality professionals
To share best practices,lessons learnt
To mentor the budding young professionals
To guide them in challenging times and help them to find new Job opportunities

It's easy to start an initiative but difficult to practice Sustenance and consistency. SKB is entering the 100 th session is itself a proof and running session with the same spirit which was in the 1st session. Kudos to the organizers and members.

SKB is a platform for people to share expertise in their respective area and gain powerful insights. Service Knowledge Base is an excellent forum for Delivery excellence and Quality Assurance professionals to broaden their knowledge and know more about industry practice. Currently I see very few active forums in industry which is dedicated towards Delivery excellence and Quality Assurance. The sessions are moderated by the experienced leaders from industry and the presenters are active leaders with high expertise in respective topics.
