Service Knowledge Base is an excellent forum for Delivery excellence and Quality Assurance professionals to broaden their knowledge and know more about industry practice. Currently I see very few active forums in industry which is dedicated towards Delivery excellence and Quality Assurance. The sessions are moderated by the experienced leaders from industry and the presenters are active leaders with high expertise in respective topics.
